Probiotic Foods to Add to Your Diet
Avoid
Gluten:
When we eat food which contains gluten our body identifies it as
antigens which are similar to molecules in our Thyroid gland, so
our body produces antibodies against these antigens and
accidentally attacks our thyroid. Gluten is responsible for 30%
of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.
Bromine:
Bromine inhibits thyroid hormone production resulting in low
thyroid state. Several types of bread contain Potassium Bromide
(BVO), or Brominated vegetable, which can also be found in some drinks
such as soda lemonade in form of emulsions. Bromine slows
cognitive development.
Chlorine,
Fluoride and Bromine: mimic iodine in the body
Fluoride:
increases goiter,
alter T3 and T4
Medication
which is not extremely necessary and prescribed.
Vaccinations:
There
are many reasons why we must avoid vaccinations:
Pharmaceutical
Companies Can’t Be Trusted, ALL Vaccines are Loaded with
Chemicals and other Poisons, Fully
Vaccinated Children are the Unhealthiest, Most Chronically Ill
Children I Know, Other Countries Are Waking Up to the Dangers of
Vaccines, A Number of Vaccines Have Already Had Problems/Been
Removed from the Market, You Can Always Get Vaccinated, But You
Can Never Undo a Vaccination
Here
is a list of some of the damaging ingredients in the vaccines on
the market today:
MSG,
antifreeze, phenol (used as a disinfectant), formaldehyde (cancer
causing and used to embalm), aluminium (associated with
alzheimer’s disease and seizures), glycerine (toxic to the
kidney, liver, can cause lung damage, gastrointestinal damage and
death), lead, cadmium, sulphates, yeast proteins, antibiotics,
acetone (used in nail polish remover), neomycin and streptomycin.
And the ingredient making the press is thimerosol (more toxic than
mercury, a preservative still used in many vaccines, not easily
eliminated, can cause severe neurological damage as well as other
life threatening autoimmune disease). These vaccines are grown and
strained through animal or human tissue, like monkey
and dog kidney tissue, chick embryo, calf serum, human diploid
cells (the dissected organs of aborted fetuses), pig blood, horse
blood and rabbit brain.
Food
which contains mercury. If our body is lacking in selenium, it
will grab the mercury from food instead.
Higher
and more prolonged level of circulating cortisol: impairs
cognitive performance; lower thyroid function; causes blood sugar
imbalances; decreased bone density; sleep disruption; decreased
muscle mass; elevated blood pressure; lowered immunity function;
slows wound healing; increases abdominal fat.. depression, lupus,
migraine, menopause, diabetes, and aging, all have chronically
increased production of cortisol.
